Dorsey Estates - Duplex Design

The goal for this group project was to create a naturally vibrant atmosphere that is multifunctional and can accommodate all the client's needs. Our client was a ​pet loving Graduate student in their mid 20s looking for their first home with their dog. Hoping for a place to easily balance their new job and social life, our client desired a place where they could comfortably work from home without making the home feel like a second workplace.
